Our Blue Lady Tea is one of our most popular. To create this delicious fruit tea, we combine black tea with aromatic dried mallow and marigold flowers for a refreshing tea with a delicate perfume, complemented by a fresh grapefruit flavour. We have paired this with a Passion Fruit with hint of Mango Velvet Truffle. The zest of crushed passion fruit blended in a ganache with a touch of mango accentuates the grapefruit notes of the Blue Lady a tropical fruit sensation for a deliciously refreshing experience. 

Creole Blend is our richest and most popular blend created in the 1950s by Harold Higgins himself, Creole Blend is powerful, rich and very smooth with no acidity and a blackberry finish. We have paired this with a Dark Velvet Truffle, a version of which was awarded “The World’s Best Dark Truffle”. The intense dark São Tomé chocolate and Madagascan vanilla of this complex ganache takes you on a similar journey to the Creole Blend, both with fruity and earthy tones. The long oak finish of the ganache beautifully matches the dark roast finish of the coffee, adding a smooth and rich body to the smoky intensity without masking the fruity blackcurrant note at the end.
